Freelance Bass Player Available for Recording, Live Performance

Brandon Katz is available as a freelance musician.  He has played in symphony orchestras in Northern and Southern Colorado, as well as string quartets, jazz combos, bluegrass groups, church ensembles, and funk/R&B groups.

PRIVATE INSTRUCTION

Brandon Katz offers private instrument instruction in person or virtually to music students of all ages and abilities. These are weekly lessons for 30 and 60 minute increments for piano, upright bass, electric bass, voice, guitar, mandolin, violin, ukulele, trumpet, clarinet, saxophone, flute, and trombone. Brandon holds a current K-12 teaching license through the  Colorado Department of Education, and earned his Master’s Degree in music education from Colorado State University.  "Although my teaching methodologies differ between instruments, my overarching teaching philosophy is to offer a comprehensive approach to music literacy that involves, technique, theory, history, contemporary examples, and application." - Brandon Katz
